RebuildAlert

Terms of service

Last updated September 9, 2026. By creating an account or paying for RebuildAlert you agree to these terms with Record of Sale, LLC.

The operator

Record of Sale, LLC, an Oregon limited liability company, owns and operates the RebuildAlert service at www.rebuildalert.com. Questions: publisher@noticenearby.com (email only).

The service

RebuildAlert is a paid software subscription. We show and email FEMA Public Assistance obligation data from OpenFEMA: project, category, dollars, and the applicant mailing address when the public dataset includes it. This is not a bid board, not SAM.gov, not Individual Assistance, and not NFIP claims. Dates and amounts are as published by OpenFEMA after retrieval.

Plans and billing

Starter is $49 per month or $499 per year for one U.S. state. Pro is $99 per month or $999 per year nationwide. Subscriptions are billed through Stripe Checkout. You manage payment method, plan interval, or cancel in the Stripe Customer Portal. Taxes are not collected automatically until Stripe Tax registrations are enabled.

Refunds and cancellation

Cancel in the Stripe Customer Portal. Paid access continues through the end of the current billing period. Unused paid time is refunded through Stripe. Request a refund from Billing or by emailing publisher@noticenearby.com. Refunds are issued to the original payment method on the Stripe customer.

Acceptable use

Use the product for your own contracting or business development. Do not scrape, resell, or republish the service as if it were an official FEMA or SAM.gov product. Do not share a single login across an organization in place of seats we have not offered.

No official endorsement

This product uses the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s OpenFEMA API, but is not endorsed by FEMA. The Federal Government or FEMA cannot vouch for the data or analyses derived from these data after the data have been retrieved from the Agency's website(s).

RebuildAlert is not affiliated with FEMA, DHS, or SAM.gov. We do not use FEMA or DHS logos. We do not warrant that a listed obligation will become a local bid, award, or contract.

As-is; limitation of liability

The product is provided as-is. To the extent allowed by law, RebuildAlert is not liable for lost bids, lost profits, or decisions you make from OpenFEMA-derived alerts. Your exclusive remedy for a paid period that we cannot deliver is a refund of unused paid time, processed through Stripe, as described under Refunds and cancellation.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Oregon have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from the service, to the extent a court may hear them.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after a posted change is acceptance of the new terms.
